Data processed
To manage a booking we process first name, last name, email, phone number, country (if provided), dates and composition of the stay, special requests and, where applicable, the outcome of the payment. We do not collect payment card data: online payments are handled directly by the payment service provider.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to manage your booking request and stay (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures), to comply with legal obligations (for example tax and public-safety obligations) and to reply to messages sent through the contact form (your consent).
Retention
Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the stay and meet legal obligations. After that period personal data is deleted or anonymised.
Recipients
Data is accessible to the property's authorised staff and to the providers that help us deliver the service (hosting, email delivery, payments), appointed as data processors. Data is never sold.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to the controller's contact address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
