Terms and conditions of stay

These conditions govern booking requests made through this website.

Booking request

Submitting the form is a booking request. A booking is confirmed only when the property tells you so by email. Until confirmation the room stays reserved for a limited time; if the request is not confirmed within that time, the room is released.

Prices

Prices are calculated by the system based on dates and number of guests and include breakfast. Tourist tax, if due, is shown separately.

Payment

You can choose to pay at the property or online by card. Online payment is available only after the property confirms.

Cancellation

The applicable cancellation conditions are shown on the booking page and in the confirmation email.

House rules

To keep the place pleasant for everyone we ask guests to respect quiet hours and the shared kitchen, which is meant for heating meals and quick preparations, not for cooking full meals.
